Neurologists treat disorders of the central nervous system i.e. brain, spinal cord and peripheral nervous system.

Headache, migraine, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, tremor, movement and balance disorders, tingling and numbness are all diagnosed and treated by neurologists. Investigations needed to make neurological diagnosis often include blood tests and scans, both MRI and CT scans of the brain and spinal cord.
